Products purchased from saccassuits.com can be returned to the delivery person on the spot if unsatisfactory. Returned goods must be in their original packaging and condition. Refunds will only be processed once the returned items are received and approved by Sacca’s Suits.
Sacca’s Suits provides a 30-day right to complaint covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use. This does not cover damages caused by misuse, poor maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized operations. Complaints must be reported within 30 days of discovery. Items may be returned for repair, exchange, or reimbursement if agreed.
