Our return policy lasts for 3 days.
If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns of the following items:
Intimate or sanitary products
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 3 days after delivery
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your bank account, card, or mobile wallet used for the purchase.
It usually takes 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account/card/mobile wallet.
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
Next, contact your bank.

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
